ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards signature on the Lease Agreement with Ryan Wales.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County went out for an RFP for the Bowling Alley located on parcels 18374, 133734, 193734 and
043734.
Two RFP were received and after review by the Bowling Alley Subcommittee and Beckwith consulting it
was determined that the Proposal from Ryan Wales was in the best interest of the county.
The Prosecutor's office has drafted the lease and has been reviewed and agreed upon by the Lessee (Ryan
Wales). The lease will be for five years at a rate of $.20 per square foot.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Board signatures on the lease agreement with Ryan Wales.
