Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />1/3/2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request Boards signature on the Lease Agreement with Ryan Wales. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Kittitas County went out for an RFP for the Bowling Alley located on parcels 18374, 133734, 193734 and <br />043734. <br />Two RFP were received and after review by the Bowling Alley Subcommittee and Beckwith consulting it <br />was determined that the Proposal from Ryan Wales was in the best interest of the county. <br /> <br />The Prosecutor's office has drafted the lease and has been reviewed and agreed upon by the Lessee (Ryan <br />Wales). The lease will be for five years at a rate of $.20 per square foot. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Prosecutors Office, Ryan Wales. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend Board signatures on the lease agreement with Ryan Wales. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Return signed copy. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Patti Stacey <br />
