COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. NOVEMBER 29, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistance; Phil Backlund,
Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING 90-DAY REVIEW COMMISSIONERS
At 2:03 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz called a Special Meeting to order for
a quarterly review with Phil Backlund. After reviewing the agenda,
the Board and Phil Backlund discussed good news, reflected on the
Board’s accomplishments, reviewed 3rd quarter rocks, and reviewed
their 1-year goals.
OTHER BUSINESS:
There was discussion on the electricity needs for the City of
Ellensburg and a location for the Kittitas County sleep center.
Meeting adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
