COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 10:00 A.M. DECEMBER 21, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Emily Smith, Admin Assistant; and Phil Backlund,
Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a monthly check-in update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the
meeting.
The Board reviewed good news and thanked Phil Backlund for the work
he has done with them. There was discussion on the draft
Commissioners code of conduct, accomplishments, on-going issues, as
well as discussion of future 90-day rocks.
The meeting was concluded at 10:50 a.m.
