SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. NOVEMBER 21, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Phil Backlund,
Consultant; Greg Zempel, Prosecuting Attorney; Brian Carlson, Budget
and Finance Director; and Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecutor
SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a monthly check-in update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the
meeting.
The Board reviewed good news and 90-day rocks. There was discussion
on how the work with the Management Team has been going.
REQUEST ARPA FUNDING/HAPPY FEET COMMISSIONERS
There was discussion regarding requests for ARPA grant funds. There
was direction given to continue with other requests and for
Commissioner Wachsmith to reach out to Happy Feet and obtain
clarifying information to complete their request.
The meeting was concluded at 10:56 a.m.
