COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />HR STUDY SESSION <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />TUESDAY 10:00 AM 12/27/2022 <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Laura Osiadacz, Brett Wachsmith <br />Others Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM. <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS (ONE MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br />None. <br />REQUEST TO APPROVE RESOLUTION TO UPDATE PERSONNEL POLICIES <br />HR Director Killgore presented a resolution to the Board to update personnel policies 2.3 (Equal Employment <br />Opportunity) and 4.15 (Reasonable Accommodation). Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve <br />Resolution 2022-249 to update personnel policies 2.3 and 4.15. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the <br />motion. Motion was approved; 2:0. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Commissioner Wachsmith asked if there was an update to the draft civility policy. Director Killgore responded <br />that she spoke with the Sheriff’s Office a few months ago and they were working the draft on their end. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith commented that Chelan and Douglas Counties share a full-time employee <br />dedicated to Veteran services.
