CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM.
CITIZEN COMMENTS (ONE MIN. TIME LIMIT)
None.
REQUEST TO APPROVE RESOLUTION TO UPDATE PERSONNEL POLICIES
HR Director Killgore presented a resolution to the Board to update personnel policies 2.3 (Equal Employment
Opportunity) and 4.15 (Reasonable Accommodation). Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve
Resolution 2022-249 to update personnel policies 2.3 and 4.15. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the
motion. Motion was approved; 2:0.
OTHER BUSINESS
Commissioner Wachsmith asked if there was an update to the draft civility policy. Director Killgore responded
that she spoke with the Sheriff’s Office a few months ago and they were working the draft on their end.
Commissioner Wachsmith commented that Chelan and Douglas Counties share a full-time employee
dedicated to Veteran services. There is some interest in exploring this type of position for Kittitas County.
