Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />January 3, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department Director on the Walla Walla County Department of Community Health Amendment <br />1. (Effective date: July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is entered into by and between the Walla Walla County Department of <br />Community Health for services relative to Youth Cannabis and Commercial Tobacco Prevention <br />Program as outlined in the Statement of Work (Exhibit A). The amendment amends the <br />Statement of Work and Adds $14,000.00 in funding for a revised maximum of $32,000.00. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved December 8, 2022 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved December 19, 2022 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department Director on the Walla Walla County Department of Community Health Amendment <br />1.
