ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 10. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022, through December 31,
2024)
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract Amendment 10 adds the following Statement of Work:
Adds Statement of Work for the following program:
• COVIC 19 LHJ Vaccination-ARPA-Effective November 1, 2022
Exhibit B-10 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends, and replaced
Exhibit B-8 Allocation as follows:
• Increase of $32,977.00 for a revised maximum consideration for $3,706,366.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved December 2, 2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on December 8, 2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 7. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022, through December 31,
2024)
