ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 9. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022, through December 31,
2024)
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract Amendment 9 adds the following Statement of Work:
DCHS-ELC COVID 19 Response- Effective January 1, 2022
• Executive Office of Resiliency and Health Security-PHEP-Effective July 1, 2022
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education- Effective January 1, 2022Exhibit
B-9 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends, and replac e
Exhibit B-8 Allocation as follows: Increase of $29,934.00 for a revised maximum conside ration
for $3,673,389.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved November 4, 2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on December 2, 2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 9. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022, through December 31,
2024)
