AGENDA DATE: December 20, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Memorandum of Agreement with Robert K.
Weidner, on behalf of the Evergreen Forest County Group,
A Rural Public Lands County Council Affiliate.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Memorandum of Agreement is for Mr.
Weidner to serve as the Washington D.C. government
relation’s advisor to Kittitas County and other counties of
the Evergreen Forest County Group, a Rural Public Lands
County Council Affiliate.
INTERACTION: Mr. Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor reviewed and
approved the proposed Memorandum of Agreement
through SR #54938.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Robert K.
Weidner and Kittitas County in the amount of $10,000.00
to serve as the Washington, D.C. government relations
advisor to Kittitas County and other counties of the
Evergreen Forest County Group from January 1, 2023,
through December 31, 2023.
