AGREEMENT APPENDIX A EXTENSION Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Washington State University Extension and Kittitas County, Appendix A, in the amount of $108,915.00, to provide an extension program from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. SET PUBLIC HEARING JOINT HEARING/BOH PUBLIC HEALTH Approve Setting a Joint/Public Hearing between the Board of County Commissioners and the Board of Health to consider approval of the 2023 Kittitas County Public Health Fee Schedule/Policy, to be held on December 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 12/06/2022 MINUTES 3 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. CONTRACT CONCORD CONSTRUCTION INC. SOLID WASTE Approve an AIA Contract between Kittitas County and Concord Construction Inc., to perform work at the Kittitas Valley Event Center for the inclusion of the wash rack areas; in the amount of $1,577,400, Accepting Alternate #1. AGREEMENT SCS ENGINEERS SOLID WASTE Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and SCS Engineers for Phase II of the Ellensburg Transfer Station relocation project for design of onsite facilities in the amount of $879,444.00. MYLARS YELLOWSTONE TRAIL ESTATES CDS Approve Mylars for Final Plat Approval of Yellowstone Trail Estates Final Long Plat (LPF-22-00005). RESOLUTION 2022-226 CDS DIRECTOR SIGNING AUTH. CDS Approve Resolution No. 2022-226, Authorizing the Kittitas County Community Services Director to Negotiate, enter into, and Approve Contracts with a Value of Less than $30,000. ACKNOWLEDGE AXON ENTERPRISE, INC SHERIFF Approve a Request to Acknowledge a Quote and Intent to Contract with AXON Enterprise, Inc for 11 Vehicle-Based Video Evidence Systems for the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office to begin July 1, 2023 for a 60 month Contract. RESOLUTION 2022-227 SALE OF RETIRED DUTY WEAPON SHERIFF Approve Resolution No. 2022-227, Resolution Approving Sale of Retired KCSO Firearms. ACKNOWLEDGE INTENT TO LEASE SHERIFF Approve a Request to Acknowledge an intent to Lease Additional Storage Unit in the amount of $10,452.00 for 2023, increasing to $14,424.00 for 2024. RESOLUTION 2022-228 SCRIVENER’S ERROR CORRECTION PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2022-228, Resolution Correcting a Scrivener’s Error on Resolution 2021-080 Setting 2021 Kittitas County Department of 12/06/2022 MINUTES 4 Public Works Permit Fees. THE REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION TO DISBAND THE FOLLD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE – ITEM REMOVED FROM THE AGENDA RESOLUTION 2022-229 KPG PSOMAS/EXELTECH CONSULTING INC. PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2022-229, Resolution Selecting KPG Psomas and Exeltech Consulting, Inc. as Civil Engineering Public Works On-Call Task Order Consultants for up to a three-year period of service and Authorizing the County Engineer to Sign said Contracts.
