KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM November 28, 2022 <br />Board members present: Vice -Chairman Cory Wright and <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others: Dan Carlson, Jeremy Larson, Jeremiah Cromie, Chace <br />Pedersen, Kelly Bacon, and Jessica Miller Community Development <br />Services; Toni Berkshire Code Enforcement; Mark Cook, Arden <br />Thomas, and Rebecca Cruse, Public Works; and one (1) members of <br />the public. <br />At 1:30 pm Vice -Chair Wright opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br />There were no citizen comments. <br />BUILDER OUTREACH <br />CDS DIRECTOR DAN CARLSON stated the Builder Outreach is <br />currently scheduled for December 12, 2022. The draft PowerPoint <br />was provided and sent in for review. BUILDING OFFICIAL JEREMY <br />LARSON shared he added in the code cycle changes that are coming <br />in July to the PowerPoint. Vice -Chairman Wright suggested moving <br />the outreach date to January 9th at 6 PM, to have time to get the <br />invitations out to the community and the builders. <br />2022 ANNUAL DOCKET OVERVIEW <br />CDS DIRECTOR CARLSON stated that the 2022 Annual Docket Public <br />Hearing will be held tomorrow evening. DIRECTOR CARLSON <br />explained the process for the hearing, procedures for the quasi- <br />judicial items and requested a special order for the docket <br />items to be heard. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business <br />2022-11-28 MINUTES 1 <br />
