BOARD OF COT]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COTINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON , <br />RES'LUTT.N No. 2022 - ffi) <br />SELECTING NATURAL WATERS AND WATERSHED SCIENCE AND <br />ENGINEERING,INC.
