CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR ON RESOLUTION 2O2I.O8O SETTING 2021
KITTITAS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Resolution 2021-080 set the 2021Department of Public Works
Permit Fees; and
WHEREAS: After Resolution 2021-080 was approved an error was discovered in said listing
of permit fees; and
WHEREAS: This Resolution is intended to correct the scrivener's error in Resolution 2021-80
to reflect the correct naming convention for Administrative Variance Appeal Fee;
and
NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, inthe
best interest of the public, does hereby approve this Resolution correcting the scrivener's error in
Resolution 202I-080 setting the 202I Kittitas County Department of Public Works Permit Fees.
