("Conhactor") to renew that Professional Services Agreement by between <br />Contractor and County, effective August 16,2021 (,.Agreemenf,). <br />FoR GooD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the parties agree as foilows: <br />1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, until Decemb er 31,2023. <br />2. Execution. This Renewal may be executed in counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall <br />be an original and all of which together shall constitute one original document.
