ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards signature on AIA Contract with Concord Construction Inc.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County has been working to improve the Bloom Pavilion over the several years. The final stage of
the project is to add an addition to the eastside of the building to be a multipurpose area.
On October 25, 2022 the county received two bids for the Bloom Pavilion Addition. After the bids were
reviewed by ALSC Architects it was determined that Concord Construction Inc was the lowest responsive
bidder at $1,577,400. The county as chosen to accept Alternate #1 for the inclusion of the Wash rack areas.
INTERACTION:
Prosecutors office, Director Porterfield, ALSC Architects and Concord Construction Inc.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Board signature on the AIA contract with Concord Construction Inc.
HANDLING:
Return Signed copy.
