AGENDA DATE: December 6, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Quote and intent to contract with
AXON Enterprise, Inc for 11 Vehicle-Based Video Evidence Systems for the Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office.
BACKGROUND: This will be a 60-month contract, estimated to begin July 1, 2023, for
vehicle-based video evidence systems which will work in concert with our body cameras
from the same company. We also have existing contracts with AXON for 14 vehicle-
based video evidence systems (fleet cameras), and tasers.
INTERACTION: AXON is an approved vendor under NASPO Public Safety Video
Systems Contract #06316.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge Quote and intent to contract with AXON
Enterprise, Inc for 11 Vehicle-Based Video Evidence Systems for the Kittitas County
Sheriff’s Office.
HANDLING: No Handling.
