ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO SET PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
MARK MERRILL HANGAR LEASE.
BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to set a public hearing to
consider entering into an Aeronautical Lease with Mark
Merrill
DISCUSSION: Mark Merrill is requesting to build a hangar on Lot H-15B.
All of the FAA documents have been approved and just the
lease will need to be signed. The lease term will be 30
years with an option to extend another 10 years.
INTERACTION: BoCC, Prosecutors Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Set public hearing concerning Mark Merrill Lease for
December 6th, at 2pm.
HANDLING: Return one original to the Airport.
