AGENDA DATE: November 15, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Trilogy Medwaste and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between Kittitas County and Trilogy Medwaste
for regulated medical waste disposal services, as the City of Spokane no longer allows
such waste to be disposed of using their incinerator.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Trilogy Medwaste and Kittitas County.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO.
