KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 15, 2022 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Trilogy Medwaste and Kittitas County. <br />BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between Kittitas County and Trilogy Medwaste <br />for regulated medical waste disposal services, as the City of Spokane no longer allows <br />such waste to be disposed of using their incinerator. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved <br />this agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Trilogy Medwaste and Kittitas County. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
