AGENDA DATE: November 15, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Schuknecht's Polygraph Service and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between Kittitas County and Schuknecht's
Polygraph Service for conducting polygraph examinations, conducting interviews and
polygraph examinations of applicants, and preparing and conveying reports of polygraph
findings to the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office for the calendar year 2023. There are no
changes from the 2022 agreement. Compensation will remain at $200 per applicant
evaluation.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Schuknecht's Polygraph Service and Kittitas County.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. KCSO will provide a fully
executed original to the BOCC upon signature from the vendor.
