AGENDA DATE: November 15, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the 1St Annual Renewal of the
Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office has had an agreement with
Allpaid, Inc. (formerly GovPay) since 2015 for processing of bail payments made by
credit card. This will be the 1St renewal of the Agreement signed July 6, 2021 for revenue
sharing of service fees collected by Allpaid Inc., associated with bail transactions. There
are no changes in terms other than extending the expiration date.
INTERACTION: This Professional Services Agreement was reviewed and approved by
the Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the 1 s'Annual Renewal of the
Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc.
HANDLING: Please return one original back to the Sheriff's Office; KCSO to return a
fully executed original to BOCC upon signature by vendor.
