AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: November 15, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum and Kittitas County for the
Housing of Inmates.
BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between The Town of South Cle Elum
and Kittitas County for the housing of inmates commencing January 1, 2023 and ending
December 31, 2025. The Town shall be billed quarterly, and the stated rates do not
include medical costs.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this Interlocal Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum and Kittitas County for the
Housing of Inmates.
HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to KCSO, which we will
provide to The Town for their records.
