KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 8:00 A.M. NOVEMBER 03, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz (arrived at 8:06);
Vice-Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Mark Cook, Public
Works Director; Bill Clarke, Special Deputy Prosecutor; Arden
Thomas, WRP Manager.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 8:03 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 15
minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of
real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding
such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price.
Action anticipated.
At 8:18 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 8:18 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 12 minutes to consider the selection
of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase
when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated.
At 8:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 8:30 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 2 minutes to consider the selection
of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase
when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. Action anticipated.
At 8:32 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Staff
was authorized to pursue acquisition of 3 parcels at Springwood
Ranch Property as discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:32 a.m.
