AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: November 1, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Washington State Region 7
Emergency Management Council Interlocal Agreement #3-2022
BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is entered into by and between the
counties of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Kittitas, Okanogan, and the Confederated Tribes of
the Colville Reservation, referred to as "WA State Region 7 Emergency Management
Council."
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Washington State Region 7 Emergency
Management Council Interlocal Agreement #3-2022.
HANDLING: Please return a signed original to the Sheriffs Office. When The Council
has received signatures from all stakeholders named in the agreement, a final copy will
be returned to us and we will, in turn, provide it to the BOCC.
