10/17/2022 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 10:00 A.M. OCTOBER 17, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a monthly check-in update. <br /> <br />Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the <br />meeting. He provided the results from the recent Management Team <br />retreat and how the group had adopted a Strategic Plan. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed good news and the 90-day rocks. There was <br />discussion on the draft Commissioners broad goals, accomplishments, <br />as well as the County metrics which had been prepared by Mr. <br />Backlund.
