COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. OCTOBER 17, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Phil Backlund,
Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a monthly check-in update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the
meeting. He provided the results from the recent Management Team
retreat and how the group had adopted a Strategic Plan.
The Board reviewed good news and the 90-day rocks. There was
discussion on the draft Commissioners broad goals, accomplishments,
as well as the County metrics which had been prepared by Mr.
Backlund. The next quarterly meeting is scheduled for November
29th.
The meeting was concluded at 10:55 a.m.
