2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: October 18, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to schedule a Public Hearing for November 1,
2022, at 2:00 pm local time to consider a Road Vacation
request for vacating a portion of White Road public right-
of-way.
BACKGROUND: Public Works received a road vacation application to vacate
a portion of White Road public rights of way. A public
hearing is required by County code considering the merits
of the vacation request. At the public hearing, the County
Engineer will provide the Board an Engineer's Report
addressing the vacation request pursuant to County Code
and State law.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for November 1, 2022, at 2:00
PM local time hearing the vacation request vacating a
portion of White Road public right-of-way.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public Works.

205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider a Road Vacation request of a
portion of White Road public right-of-way.
