2.Citizen Comments (1 min.time limit):None
3.Self Promoted Events Business
*Kittitas County Fair Updates:Everything is going well,and staff are on track with
punch list.
*Patriot Nights Under the Lights Updates:Event was a success!Approximately
600 tickets were sold the day of the event.Total attendance was 1513.Event made
approximately $3,000 in profit.
4.Special Projects:Catwalk lower deck is rotten,so a contractor is being hired to help with
the repairs and it will be completed prior to fair/rodeo.
5.Other Business:At 9:05 a.m.Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into
an Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
matters relating to agency enforcement actions,or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,the governing body,or a
member acting in an official capacity is,or is likely to become,a party,when public
knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency.At 9:15 a.m.the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.No
action was taken.
