COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 1:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 26, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Patti Stacey,
Solid Waste Director / Maintenance Director / Project Manager; Emily
Smith, Administrative Assistant.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 1:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board, Patti Stacey, and Neil Caulkins would recess
into an Executive Session until 1:11 p.m. to discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 1:11 p.m. the Board, Patti Stacey, and Neil Caulkins reconvened
out of Executive Session. No action was taken.
Meeting concluded at 1:11 p.m.
