COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 1:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 19, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Phil Backlund,
Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS
At 1:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a monthly check-in update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the
meeting.
The Board reviewed good news and 90-day rocks. There was discussion
on the future of meeting together and having more of a focus on
working with the Management Team and Executive Committee. Mr.
Backlund said he would like to keep meeting with the Commissioners
until a County Executive is hired. He hoped by meeting together it
would continue to hold each other accountable.
The meeting was concluded at 2:00 p.m.
