AGENDA DATE: October 4, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to consider the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Contract No. 21-
62210-008 Closeout Performance Report for the project
end date June 30, 2022.
BACKGROUND: As part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Closeout Report for Contract No. 21-62210-008, the Board of
County Commissioners are to hold a final Public Hearing to review
and assess project performance.
INTERACTION: Dora Van Epps, Fiscal Analyst, has been in contact with
Department of Commerce and have communicated when the
proposed Public Hearing will be held to consider the Closeout
Performance report.
RECOMMENDATION:
Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.
to be held in the Commissioners Auditorium and via Webex to
consider the CDBG Closeout Report for Contract No. 21-62210-
008.
