AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: September 20, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing to consider a Commercial Lease with
Margo Cordner d/b/a Lunch Box Café.
BACKGROUND: The current amendment to the Commercial Lease between
Kittitas County and Margo Cordner d/b/a Lunch Box Café
is scheduled to expire at the end of October 2022.
INTERACTION: Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins has drafted a proposed
Commercial Lease Agreement to consider at a Public
Hearing.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday October 4, 2022, at 2:00
p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium and to authorize the
Clerk to publish said notice.
HANDLING: BOCC Staff to send the legal notice to the Daily Record,
Margo Cordner, and CDS.
