KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September xx, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between Karpel Solutions and <br />Kittitas County to implement Prosecutor by Karpel (PbK) <br />Case Management System. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved <br />$20,000.00 in the 2019 budget and an additional <br />$70,000.00 in the 2022 budget for Karpel Solutions to <br />implement PbK Case Management System. We will need <br />and additional $32,025.00 to complete the conversion that <br />we will ask for funding in the 2023 budget cycle <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the <br />Prosecutors office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Karpel to implement <br />Prosecutor by Karpel Case Management System. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 - Copy Clerk of the Board <br /> 2 - Originals to Greg Zempel for signature. <br /> Greg Zempel to return 1 fully executed original to Clerk of <br />the Board. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement, Software License <br />Agreement, Software Maintenance agreement, Statement of <br />Work between Kittitas County & Karpel Solutions. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Neil Caulking, Chief Civil DPA
