AGENDA DATE: September xx, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between Karpel Solutions and
Kittitas County to implement Prosecutor by Karpel (PbK)
Case Management System.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved
$20,000.00 in the 2019 budget and an additional
$70,000.00 in the 2022 budget for Karpel Solutions to
implement PbK Case Management System. We will need
and additional $32,025.00 to complete the conversion that
we will ask for funding in the 2023 budget cycle
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the
Prosecutors office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement
between Kittitas County and Karpel to implement
Prosecutor by Karpel Case Management System.
HANDLING: 1 - Copy Clerk of the Board
2 - Originals to Greg Zempel for signature.
Greg Zempel to return 1 fully executed original to Clerk of
the Board.
ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement, Software License
Agreement, Software Maintenance agreement, Statement of
Work between Kittitas County & Karpel Solutions.
