RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION CONTRACT WITH KARPEL
WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office requires a software program to manage its
cases; and
WHEREAS, The Prosecutor has engaged in an extensive search for such a program and has
settle upon the program offered by Karpel; and
WHEREAS, The Prosecutor has executed one contract and seeks both ratification of the
agreement and authorization to execute an associated MOU; and
WHEREAS, Money currently exists in the Prosecutor’s budget and a request will be made in the
coming year for the shortfall.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved:
The BOCC authorizes execution by the Prosecutor of the attached MOU and ratifies the
Prosecutor’s signature on the associated contract.
