BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2022-_______ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION CONTRACT WITH KARPEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office requires a software program to manage its <br />cases; and <br />WHEREAS, The Prosecutor has engaged in an extensive search for such a program and has <br />settle upon the program offered by Karpel; and <br />WHEREAS, The Prosecutor has executed one contract and seeks both ratification of the <br />agreement and authorization to execute an associated MOU; and <br />WHEREAS, Money currently exists in the Prosecutor’s budget and a request will be made in the <br />coming year for the shortfall. <br /> <br />Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved: <br /> <br />The BOCC authorizes execution by the Prosecutor of the attached MOU and ratifies the <br />Prosecutor’s signature on the associated contract. <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board
