ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 7. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022 through December 31,
2022)
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract Amendment 6 adds the following Statement of Work:
• Executive Office of Resiliency and Health Security- PHEP - Effective July 1, 2022
Amends Statements of Work for the following program:
• Climate and health Wildfire Smoke Indoor Air Quality Project, COVID-19 Mass
Vaccination-FEMA, DCJS-ELC-COVID-19 Response, FPHS, LSPAN, Maternal and Child
Health Block Grant, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
Exhibit B-6 Allocations:
• Increase of $470,269.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $3,643,455.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved August 6, 2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 13, 2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 7. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022 through December 31,
2022)
