(Effective Dates: January 1, 2022 through December 31, <br />2022) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Consolidated Contract Amendment 6 adds the following Statement of Work: <br />• Executive Office of Resiliency and Health Security- PHEP - Effective July 1, 2022 <br />Amends Statements of Work for the following program: <br />• Climate and health Wildfire Smoke Indoor Air Quality Project, COVID-19 Mass <br />Vaccination-FEMA, DCJS-ELC-COVID-19 Response, FPHS, LSPAN, Maternal and Child <br />Health Block Grant, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program <br />Exhibit B-6 Allocations: <br />• Increase of $470,269.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $3,643,455.00 <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved August 6, 2022 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 13, 2022 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the <br />Consolidated Contract Amendment 7.
