AGENDA DATE: September 20, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Hold a Public Hearing to consider Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's
needs and authorize disposal of same in accordance with RCW 36 34.080.
BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs:

The Department of Public Works plans to surplus the equipment in
accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
RECOMMENDATION: Hold a Public Hearing on September 20, 2020, at 2:00 pm to consider
equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize disposal of same.

TO DECLARE EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND
EQUIPMENT SURPLUS NOT TO THE COUNTY'S NEEDS AND AUTHORIZE DISPOSAL
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund has the following used equipment,
which is surplus not to the County's needs and to dispose of:

WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works recommends that Kittitas County dispose of said equipment
in accordance with RCW 36.34.080; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due
consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby declare the above-named
equipment surplus not to the county's needs, and authorizes the Director of Public Works to
dispose of said equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
