Home My WebLink AboutRES-2022-171BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF KITTITAS STATE OF WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2022 -|v1 AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON THE LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID PROJECT PROSPECTUS ENGINEERING PHASE FOR THE FAUST ROAI) BRIDGE #88212 OVER THE TOWN DITCH REPLACEMENT PROJECT CRP 316-22 WHEREAS: The Faust Road Bridge No. 88212 Replacement Project was awarded Federal Funding through the2022 Local Bridge Program; and WHEREAS: The federal funding will be used for the preliminary engineering phase to design, develop and prepare construction plans and specifications for these improvements; and WHEREAS: In preparation to begin work, Kittitas County Public Works is requesting the Washington State Department of Transportation release the federal funds for preliminary engineering; and WHEREAS:A Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus must be executed by the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners acknowledging the project has been reviewed and is consistent with the County's comprehensive plan for community development; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest of the public, does hereby approve the Chair's signature on the Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus for the Faust Road Bridge #88212 Over the Town Ditch Replacement Project CRP 316-22.
