AGENDA DATE: September 6th, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Resolution Relieving OPMA Requirements for
County Executive Management Advisory Committee
BACKGROUND: As in previous resolutions waiving OPMA requirements for
advisory committees formed with no decision-making authority
and tasked with delivering purely advisory findings to the BoCC,
this resolution will waive the same for the County Executive
Management Advisory Committee.
INTERACTION: The resolution has been approved by the Prosecutor’s office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution and solicit applications for the advisory
committee
HANDLING: 1 – Copy Clerk of the Board
