ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the resolution approving the
Professional Service Agreement Amendment between Kittitas County and FISH Community
Food Bank for In Home Services, as well as signing the amendment. (Effective date: 08/01/2022
– End Date: 08/01/2023)
BACKGROUND:
The follow amendment extends the end date of the PSA between Kittitas County and FISH
Community Food Bank to August 1, 2023. Through this PSA FISH provides groceries and
prepared meals to food insecure individuals under isolation or quarantine orders at their place
of residence. It was previously thought that the Kittitas County Health Network would be able
to take over services through alternate funding, but said funding will end sooner than
anticipated and will not adequately meet community need.

RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the resolution approving the

Food Bank for In Home Services, as well as signing the amendment. (Effective date:
