BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING ADOPTION OF CHANGE OF HOURS AT THE <br />KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.__________________ <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners has the authority, pursuant to <br />RCW 36.16.100 and KCC 2.20.010, to modify and approve the changes via resolution, to the <br />hours of operation that County offices shall be open for the transaction of business; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department has requested that its office hours <br />be changed from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, to 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through <br />Friday; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department employees will continue to work <br />an 8 hour day with this business hour schedule with an hour of administrative work at the <br />beginning or end of each day; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Health approved the change of service hours on <br />October 1, 2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approves of the change of service <br />hours for Kittitas County Public Health Department by action taken at a regular meeting; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington authorizes approval of the change of hours of <br />service for Kittitas County Public Health Department, such that the department will be open <br />to the public Monday through Friday from the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM effective October 1, <br />2022. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Commissioner Chair <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Commissioner Vice Chair <br /> <br /> <br />
