AGENDA DATE: September 6, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on September 20, 2022, at 2pm to consider
Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of
same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs:

The Department of Public Works requests that a Public Hearing be held on
September 20, 2022, at 2:00 pm to declare the above listed equipment
surplus to the county's needs and authorize disposal of same. The
Department of Public Works plans to surplus the equipment in accordance
with RCW 36.34.080.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for September 20, 2020, at 2:00 pm to consider
equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize disposal of same.

The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on September 20, 2022 at the Commissioners'
Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA, to consider Equipment surplus
to Kittitas County's needs and Authorize disposal of same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080..
