KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 6, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Recognition of <br />Employees or Elected Officials Leaving Service with <br />Kittitas County. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The proposed Resolution describes categories for <br />employees or Elected Officials who are leaving service <br />with Kittitas County in good standing and to recognize <br />them by providing them with a memento of appreciation, <br />consistent with limitations established by statute. Currently <br />there is no process in place that determines recognition of <br />employees or Elected Officials who are leaving service <br />with Kittitas County and who is eligible for receiving a <br />memento of recognition and appreciation as approved. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Resolution was approved and approved as to form by <br />Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins, as well as Jeanne <br />Killgore, Human Resource Director. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Recognition of <br />Employees or Elected Officials Leaving Service with <br />Kittitas County. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 – Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 – Jeanne Killgore, Human Resources Dept. <br /> 1 copy – Prosecutor’s office <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution Authorizing Recognition of Employees or <br />Elected Officials Leaving Service with Kittitas County <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board
