AGENDA DATE: September 6, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Recognition of
Employees or Elected Officials Leaving Service with
Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Resolution describes categories for
employees or Elected Officials who are leaving service
with Kittitas County in good standing and to recognize
them by providing them with a memento of appreciation,
consistent with limitations established by statute. Currently
there is no process in place that determines recognition of
employees or Elected Officials who are leaving service
with Kittitas County and who is eligible for receiving a
memento of recognition and appreciation as approved.
INTERACTION: The Resolution was approved and approved as to form by
Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins, as well as Jeanne
Killgore, Human Resource Director.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing Recognition of
Employees or Elected Officials Leaving Service with
Kittitas County.
