ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 6. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022 through December 31,
2022)
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract Amendment 6 adds the following Statement of Work:
• Foundational Public Health Services- Effective July 1, 2022
Exhibit B-6 Allocations:
• Increase of $1,018,000.00 for a revised maximum consideration of $4,113,724.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved August 5, 2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 10, 2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 6. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2022 through December 31,
2022)
