COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. AUGUST 15, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Phil Backlund,
Consultant.
SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS
At 10:02 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a Monthly Check-In update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the agenda and schedule for the
meeting.
The Board reviewed good news; goals; 90 Day Rocks; and hiring and
staffing within the county. There was discussion of the retreat that
the Management Team had held last month.
Meeting concluded at 11:01 a.m.
