Excused: Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Emily Smith, <br />Administrative Assistant; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste <br />Director/Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Dan Carlson, <br />Community Development Services Director; Clay Myers, Sheriff; Darren <br />Higashiyama, Chief Deputy Sherriff/ Interim Fire Marshal; Jeanne <br />Killgore, Human Resources Director; Arden Thomas, Water Resource <br />Program Manager (Via WEBEX). <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 26, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION LOCATION OF FIRE MARSHAL DEPARTMENT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board discussed where the Fire Marshal should be located. The <br />Board gave direction for Dan Carson to bring forward a Resolution to <br />move the Fire Marshal Department out of CDS and into the Sheriffs <br />Office. <br /> <br />Dan Carlson, Clay Myers, Darren Higashiyama, Jeanne Killgore all <br />left the meeting at 9:20 A.M. <br /> <br />SIGNATURE PROPERTY TAX APPEALS FORM <br />
