COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 3:00 P.M. AUGUST 16, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Patti Stacey,
Solid Waste Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Jeanne Killgore,
HR Rep.; Tom Cash, Union Rep.; Clinton Van De Venter, Represented
Former County Employee.
SPECIAL MEETING CLOSED BARGAINING COMMISSIONERS
At 3:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into a Collective Bargaining -
Closed Session- Pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(a), the OPMA does not
apply to the portion of a meeting where Collective bargaining
sessions with employee organizations, including contract
negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions relating to the
interpretation or application of a labor agreement.
At 4:00 p.m. the Board reconvened out of a Closed Bargaining
Session. No action was taken.
Meeting concluded at 4:00 p.m.
