ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board approval to set a public hearing to surplus
parcel 961884.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste purchased property for the new
transfer station location. The parcel purchased was larger then
need for the new transfer station so short plat has been done
and apportion of the property is now ready to be surplus as it is
not needed for the project.
I would like to request Board approval to set a public hearing to
surplus parcel 961884.

RECOMMENDATION: Boards approval to advertise to surplus parcel 961884
HANDLING: Advertise to surplus property
