KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: August 16, 2022 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Advertise a Request for Statement of <br />Qualifications for "Hydrology and Hydraulic Modeling <br />Services Creating a Two -Dimensional Flow Model for <br />North Fork Teanaway River in Kittitas County, WA." <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County desires to solicit for statements of <br />qualifications for hydrology and hydraulic modeling <br />services to create a two-dimensional flow model for re - <br />mapping the regulatory floodplain along the North Fork <br />Teanaway River in Kittitas County. This activity is funded <br />by the Federal Emergency Management Agency through <br />the Cooperating Technical Partnership Program. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Authorize advertising for statement of qualifications for <br />hydrologic and hydraulic services for North Fork <br />Teanaway River flow modeling. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Request for Statement of Qualifications; <br />Statement of Qualifications. <br />LEAD STAFF: Arden Thomas, Water Resource Manager. <br />
