<br /> <br />Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INVITATION TO BID <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY – VANTAGE HIGHWAY OVER CASCADE CANAL BRIDGE (89342) REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received by Kittitas County Public Works, at the reception desk located at 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington until 10:00 AM on Thursday, September <br />8, 2022, and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the Vantage Highway Over Cascade Canal Bridge (89342) Replacement Project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such <br />bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid <br />proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Kittitas County Public Works. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Complete digital project bidding documents, including plans and specifications, are available at <br />http://www.questcdn.com/www.questcdn.com.
