KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Sheriff’s Office <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 2, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve an Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and Kittitas County Fire & Rescue (KVFR) for Fire Investigation <br />Services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County’s Interim Fire Marshal and Deputy Fire Marshal <br />currently do not have their fire investigator certificate. KVFR is <br />willing and able to provide these services for Kittitas County. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve an Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Kittitas County Fire & Rescue (KVFR) for Fire Investigation <br />Services. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO.
