ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approve the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Amendment to the University of Washington Nexus Amendment. (Effective Date: 9/30/2020-
9/29/2022).
BACKGROUND:
The amendment is established to allow KCPHD to access previous guaranteed rollover funds for
the projects first program year. Previous contract error did not allow for this.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 25, 2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 26, 2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approve the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Amendment to the University of Washington Nexus Amendment. (Effective Date: 9/30/2020-
9/29/2022).
